FSA was established when formwork company leaders from across Luzon came together — first at a founding dinner in December 2025 — and agreed the Philippine formwork industry needed a unified voice to build a sustainable future.
Our founding mission is clear: end the cycle of non-payment, standardize rental terms, promote safety, and reward contractors who act with integrity — while keeping FSA extremely lean and low-cost to operate.

FSA Branded Formwork
Common items carry FSA logo stickers, helping track materials across Crosshire transactions while respecting each member’s own brand.
Full Financial Transparency
All FSA members have full-time access to all FSA income and expense records. FSA is non-profit intended — surplus goes toward events and exhibitions.
