FSA was established when formwork company leaders from across Luzon came together — first at a founding dinner in December 2025 — and agreed the Philippine formwork industry needed a unified voice to build a sustainable future.
Our founding mission is clear: end the cycle of non-payment, standardize rental terms, promote safety, and reward contractors who act with integrity — while keeping FSA extremely lean and low-cost to operate.

FSA mediates between members and contractors to resolve disputes without costly legal action. Members choose how much authority to grant FSA — full, partial, or case-by-case.
FSA Crosshire
Rent formwork materials (alumabeams, steel walers, props) between FSA members. Avoid costly imports or local manufacturing — saving up to 87% per project requirement.
FSA Star System
Contractors earn star ratings based on payment reliability and business conduct. Non-paying contractors risk zero-credit terms from all FSA member companies.
FSA Office Access
Members enjoy 24/7 access to a quiet, private, CCTV-free office in BGC/Makati — complete with coffee machine, printer, comfortable lounges, and meeting rooms.
FSA Branded Formwork
Common items (alumabeams, steel walers, props) can carry FSA logo stickers, helping track materials across Crosshire transactions while respecting each member's own brand.
Full Financial Transparency
All FSA members have full-time access to all FSA income and expense records. FSA is non-profit intended — surplus goes toward events, marketing, and exhibitions.
